I’m a 21-year old gal who likes to bake and get mad at TV commercials. I can’t go a day without snuggling with my cats. Though I’m a foodie, I still love the 50-cent boxes of Mac & Cheese with the neon orange powder. I’m generally bright, happy, and energetic.
I love bicycles almost to the point of obsession. I haven’t been able to ride lately, but I want to get back in the saddle!
My dream is to one day open a bakery with an emphasis on Kosher, gluten-free and Vegan goodies. I used to work at a bakery of that ilk and I liked that it provided goods to people with special dietary needs. I was only a challah jockey, but it felt good. (By the way, french toast made with challah bread is divine. More eggs per cubic inch than you know what to do with. Yum!) I’m always baking something. The bad thing is, I don’t like to eat baked goods as much as I like making them. My friends are pleased with this arrangement.
I was in a horrid scooter accident on April 23rd, 2009. I’d had the beautiful little scooter for 3 weeks! My birthday was the 15th of that month; I had just barely turned 21.
A woman ran a stop sign in front of me. I have a long road of legal troubles, medical bills, physical therapy, and adjusting to life with only 8 toes.
I also know the mom of the guy that wrote Wordpress. She sent me flowers. How’s that for connections? If this blog ever starts not working, I know who to talk to. Haha.
